Upgrading to a Pentair VS pump. Existing pump does not have unions at inlet/outlet. Reliability side of me says to use 2" MNPT x Slip nipples without unions (no union nut to break/crack/leak). Flexibility side says to use the 2" MNPT pump union like these CMP parts. What would you do? Anybody...
