    What is the chlorine test called using the Basic test kit K-1000 that comes with the TF-100 test kit? :scratch: Is that FC?

    Water a little bit salty

    Pool has been beautiful all summer. Thanks, :party: but wife thought the water was getting a little bit salty. Is this normal? All I have been putting in for 2 summers is 12.5% liquid chlorine and MA. Will it continue to get saltier year after year using only liquid chlorine?

    Pool beautiful and sparkly but CYA 100+

    Thanks for the info on this sight. The pool has never looked better. :-D Switched from the pucks to liquid chlorine back in April. All I use now is liquid chlorine daily and muriatic acid weekly. Would there be any reason to drain out some water to get the CYA down? It likes to stay over 100...
