    16' X 48" Intex Ultraframe pool Horizontal Beam Replacement

    Has anyone ever had to change out a Intex Horizontal Beam 12428A due to rusting through?? I am trying to find out if I am going to have to drain the pool to do so, or can it be done full? Any help / ideas? Thanks
