Thought I'd post some things I did to my 250. It started when the heater had turned off shortly after I had started it for a cold night dip in the spa. I looked at the wireless thermometer inside the house an hour later, expecting to see 104, but saw 69. Arggh. Troubleshooting the next day...

Just curious. My IC 20 does not turn on the good salt or cell LED lights during the self-test. Pentair says the lights cannot be replaced if they are burnt out. It seems I am going to have to replace the cell, but I wondered if there is any way to non-destructively access under the indicator...

Hello to everyone on this forum! I think we have an efflorescence via a leak in the wall. There has already been a large crack repaired behind the small feature. I suspect the pool contractor did not properly glue the pipes in the wall. Any ideas how to get them to admit the pipes are leaking...
