    Can I use pool water on my plants after the season?

    We have an AG pool that we take down for the winter in mid-September. I'd like to use the water that was in the pool to give my trees a good drink of water before the freeze. Is it safe to do that for the trees and what would I need to let the chlorine level drop down to?
