Can anyone help. I have an IPool (10ft X 6ft and 5ft deep) in my garage. I keep the chemicals up well. But this black dust accumulates at the bottom. If I stir it up it disappears. If I use the hand held skimmer net it just disintegrates disappears as I wave through it. I run the filter...
