my hayward pool light says "for fresh water only". Going to be installing swg. is that considered "fresh"?

Now planning actually ordered salt water generator, looking at my light it says "for fresh water only". Will this work in a salt water pool? Is it still considered fresh water?

Im thinking about the mineral chlorine pool kit. Does it perform like tricolor? On the fence with this system, the bbb system, and a standard off line chlorinator,or go for the big buck saltwater generator
