Thanks! It was actually that video and a couple of threads that convinced me to SLAM. I didn't think I needed to because my water looked clear. I decided to because my CC was 1, and then my OCLT confirmed that it was necessary.

Ok.... Time for a follow up question! Would you recommend a 50% water change all at once, or do it, say, 25% and 25%? Also, can I water my lawn with this pool water? The last time I drained my pool a neighbor called the water authority on me because they thought there was a water main break.

It's bleach. You can change the concentration in Pool Math when logging an addition of chemicals.

My TA is currently 210. It's been high for quite some time. I don't have any issues with scaling or anything, and my water is crystal clear. My pH is good, and everything seems normal. I've been trying to lower my TA using pH down and aeration. Question is, if I'm not having issues usually...
