Almost filled, probably 5 more hours..

1 day to plaster, acid wash the next and then fill... 2-3 day process. I'm in the middle of it right now. They plastered Thursday afternoon, acid washed yesterday morning and pool is half full now.

4-6 weeks after decking is done? That seems slow assuming weather is good. Maybe they mean 4-6 weeks before you can use the pool?

There aren't many great ways to make a 90 joint with staggared 1" tiles. They should just cut the sheet so the tiles line up evenly with each other. Just in case they need direction attached is a picture you can provide!!!

It was raining all morning glad they got it done! Hopefully we get a break for a few days, they put down all fresh top soil the day before we started getting all this rain. I still need to get decking completed and plaster. We are scheduled right now to get decking on Tuesday.

Re: Another O/B in Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada 4' should be fine for almost all slides, they shoot you out not down. Just check out the slide you are thinking about and they'll provide a spec for where in the pool, depths etc you need to maintain.
