I'd say if you notice grit, dirt or whatever accumulating on the bottom then get a vacuum. Otherwise it seems as though your robot is taking care of it.

All water is "old" water. With the filtration and treatment your "recycled" water is good to go. Why start over?

I think that foam will dissipate eventually but you can skim it off with a bucket/large dustpan to speed up the process a bit. Are you sure that pool is 44K gallons? From the pic I'd guess low-ish 20's.

I thought the 50 ppm solution was premixed......meaning you just pour that straight in the tube without any r-7065 mixed in. I may be wrong of course but give that a shot.
