    What did you do to your pool today?

    1 box borax. 64 oz muriatic acid. 2 lbs CYA sockin’ it to me. Running my Doheny Dolphin. In a bit, some laps and lounging. 87 Des here, headed for 94. Pool a lovely 83. Thank you all, for my TroubleFreePool!

    Tested FC, CC and pH. Ran SWG for 2 hrs, added 64 oz Muriatic Acid. Ran skin and clean mode b/c lawn people were here.(y)

    85 degrees here. Guess I got a little carried away with the set point when the weather was cooler and dryer... like, two days ago! First world problems... ?‍♂️

    OK. I'm a bonehead. I pulled the panel on the heater again to try shorting the wires to see if it would fire. I discovered that I had wired both the BLK/ORN and ORN/BLK but not the blue. I quickly corrected that mental lapse and all works like a charm! Thanks for the help. The perils of taking...

    How to turn Spa bubbles on through jets?

    Can you post a pic of the spa? You may have little air control valves that allow more air through venturi chambers. Sometimes they are little knobs around the rim of the spa. My jet nozzles turn with a wrench to adjust airflow (i.e. bubbles).

    Rainwater Running I to pool!!!

    I had chronic problems like that, until I invested in a French drain system and channel drain near the pool pad. Not cheap, but money well spent, as I was in danger of losing the concrete pool deck due to sinking. That fix seems to have arrested the sinking and cracking, and the only rainwater...
