I can't add much, but Travertine is really pricey. I wanted travertine, but it put us completely out of budget. We switched to Flagstone pavers and it cut down the price a lot.

Hello! We are having our pool built along with our home and we have completely maxed out our budget. We really want a water or fire feature but cannot add it in. Is it possible to have the pool builder add a line or access point in order to add these features later?

We are going through our builder with the same pool company that gave you the quote and it is way below what we are paying. Our pool is a little larger but we had to cut the hot tub bc the price was $90k with everything. You have a very nice design.
