Pressing or holding the “less” button does nothing. Holding the “plus” button runs through all the lights and then goes back to the same as before holding the button. I am not having any issues with my chlorine numbers?

I have given up. I still have small flakes the size of pencil lead diameter. Not as bad and now I see off and on thousands of tiny air or hydrogen bubbles. I’m not worried. I have talked to everyone I could find and no real answers.

Well it fizzed. It didn’t melt away the flakes but it did fizz for a a minute or so. Thanks in advance for your help so far.
