    I have read the manual for closing my heater, and it says to remove the drain plug and "remove the 2 wires from the water pressure switch and unscrew the switch to break any vacuum" and "Remove the pressure switch and dry it before re-installing". I am having two problems with the instructions...

    Thanks for the link and information. I have ordered calcium carbonate and will adjust CH prior to running the new heater. I plan on adjusting pH (7.6) using washing soda, then TA(80) using baking soda, and salt (3000) prior to CH, using PoolMath between each adjustment for calculations...
