Not sure what electrical meters you have? Basic multimeter? Clamp type ammeter? Sequence of operation goes... 24V in to IND on the fenwal starts the blower if the water pressure switch and high limit switch are closed... Then when the air pressure switch closes, you get 24V to TH on the fenwal...
