Ok I'll give this a try. I really wish there was a proper dispenser for this stuff though. It doesn't need to be automatic. Just something that I can transfer the acid into, and maybe turn a dial to dispense a certain amount in oz when I push a button.

Just living with it. I wear flip flops around the pool now. It's annoying, but not worth spending tens of thousands of dollars to fix. I just got unlucky and got a terrible pool builder that gave me terrible materials. Life lesson.

I have the one from the tf pro kit. I set it to 8.2 when it matches that color. I don't try to guess an in-between. I do wish this pH test had a higher level of granularity

No sadly. Fortunately I already keep pH at 7.5-7.8. They weren't very clear on what exact "readings" they wanted either. I'll ask them for clarification.

PB is requesting "current readings of my pool water". What information should I send them? Quite frankly I'm afraid to send them anything because they'll use it against me somehow. On the other hand, if I flat out refuse that doesn't look good either I think.
