    Wind blew our pool over

Depending on how much room and supporting pieces you have, try draping it over something that won’t puncture or scratch, and at the very least hose it off. A pressure washer with a wide angle tip would be beneficial. Allow it to thoroughly dry before folding it up to store. I had an Intex Easy...

True enough. The point was to use a controlled storage area so the degradation process isn’t exacerbated.

    Home Depot Liquid Chlorine

I have an indoor room . . . sort of. It’s a storage room in the basement that is under the front porch. It’s neither heated or cooled but maintains a respectable temp all year long within 10 degrees between winter and summer. The LC I purchased in early June was still quite effective in...

    Wind blew our pool over

Secure it somehow with straps so it doesn’t blow away for the night. Tomorrow try to turn it right side up and disassemble, or disassemble while upside down.

What did you do to your pool today?

I didn’t do anything to the pool, but I did open my new TF-Pro Salt test kit. The case is very nice and I’m just tickled. Nice product @Sarah and Nate!

Does anyone leave a cover on all winter?

Depends on the climate, but plenty of us leave a cover on all winter. A cover will help retard any UV coming into the water. At this point I’d fight any algae in the early spring.

    Salt Cell / Phosphates High

Your phosphates are not high, and they are not interfering with your salt. You need to get a recommended test kit and use your own measurements to care for your pool.

    Sand Filter Frustrated 🥴

That 5 days made all the difference. As @ajw22 said, perform an OCLT which you’ll likely fail as the cloudy and green water is indicative of algae.

    Blue speckles in pool

Appears to me the cover is deteriorating and floating on the water.

Would high PH cause sudden algae/combined chlorine?

I would check the OCLT again after passing, just to make sure. Nothing worse than having to SLAM again. The SLAM is most definitely a process that has to be respected and followed. I checked my OCLT thrice.
