I looked at the pics you posted on your thread, and it looks like the 2nd pump speed is set as a timer, not as a schedule. Check on that in the Pentair Home app and see if that makes it run correctly.

After you unscrew, lift the motor up and off of its connector and then reset it, then screw it back down.

I've had a similar problem with my robot only running for a few minutes. Resetting the motor helped solve that for me. Here's Maytronics video about how to do that.
