    PH Stabalize

Your numbers look good. With a TA of 80 the PH will stabilize and not move much. FC of 10 is good with the CYA you have.

    Replacing pump with Calimar VS

There's no benefit of the 2" if the rest of the pipe is 1.5" with the exception if it's easier as a rework of on the equipment pad.

Plaster Day & Initial Water Chemistry-How Important?

Do not add the recommended amount of anything in one dose but split it up so you can test for results to be sure the gallon capacity you think you have is correct otherwise you will be possibly overshooting all over the place which isn't good at this point for sure.

    SLAM Issue

The cover vault as it's called probably has a buildup of foliage that is partially earth now. It needs to get cleaned out when the pool is in the closed position so you'd have maximum room to do the house cleaning.

Mesh cover sagged into Above Ground Pool

As per @Newdude but I'll add. Pump with a large enough pump to be faster then what comes through the tarp and here's what I'll add. When the water gets to be lower start to raise/roll the tarp so it can't take up anymore water thus pushing the water to one side and eventually into a small...

Hybrid pool renovation-gel coat or epoxy

I think you should put a liner in there and never look back. Have a client with a old hybrid fiberglass wall and concrete floor which was losing lots of water. After several tries at sealing remedies I've recommended to have a liner fit for the pool. The rest is history and a very happy client.

Is my pump strong enough for my new pool?

Had a pool last season which did similar and I went crazy since this was always a non issue pool. Low and behold I took out the pump basket and out with it came a plastic bag that slipped by the skimmer basket and plastered itself on the outside of the pump basket. When I looked through the lid...

Remove light in vinyl liner pool

Cut a piece or two of rigid foam long enough to come towards the pool wall and be flush. Some glue of sorts to stabilize it . Then a piece of galvanized sheet metal screwed into the wall covering the hole followed by duct tape overlapping all the edges and screws.

    Replumb for new pump

One more idea, if the pump wet end is still good you can change the back end with a Neptune but youll need to make sure it mates with your pump and that the mpv of the filter won't be in the way. Even if it necessitates moving the filter you still won't have to re-pipe the pump and deal with...

The hole is slightly deeper maybe 1 inch then the tile thickness. But there seemes to be a void meaning somehow they didn't have the thinset on every inch of the tile.

    Repair advice, broken waterline tile/stone.

Opened pool this morning with the water well below the tile as I had a pump on the swim out all winter. By the step in the shallow I found this broken piece just laying there with a hole above. Looks like travertine but I may be wrong but it surely looks to have been a defective from the get-go...
