You might be able to drain the spa below the light and vacuum all of the water out of the conduit and then put sealant in the conduit at the junction box side to prevent water coming out.

You can probably leave the pool lights on this junction box and just replace the spa light if there is not enough line slack to extend the spa cord to a higher junction box.
