You have to go the other way. The default Pool circuit RPM must be the lowest you want. Set the Pool circuit to 2200 RPM and schedule POOL to run 10 AM to 5 PM. Then Setup a Feature Circuit called Pool High and set it to 3000 RPM. Schedule Pool High Circuit for 10 AM to Noon.

Sounds like your water company changed the way they treat your water.

I went from having high CH water in my pool to low CH when the water company improved my house water quality and lowered the CH in it. House water tastes and feels different and showers heads no longer get clogged.
