Does anyone know what three blinking asterisks mean next to Filter Pump on a One Touch screen? The filter pump is not running when you see the asterisks. Tried googling and checking manuals and have not found any information.

I think I may have misspoke in my first post. The message on the screen is "filter pump will remain on while spillover is on". Not Spillway. Is spillover different than spillway? There is no separate circuit breaker at the box for spillway.
