Just over 3 years old. I have no clue what happened but it will turn on for a second then there’s a clicking noise and it shuts right off. That process continues over and over and it never starts. I already put a new capacitor in same issue. The impeller spins. Nothing is stick. I did notice that it seems to be rotating in the opposite direction of the arrow on the back of the pump. The basket was clogged a bit but nothing major. Anyone have any other ideas?
