Quotes for a new build

I am located in North Florida and looking to start a new build. I am interested in building a smaller pool, 14x28. Most quotes include a saltwater system with all pool equipment, 400 sq feet of pavers, 2 LED lights, stone coping, diamond brite finish. I have received 3 quotes so far, and they are pretty scattered. 56k, 64k and 78k. Each company also priced out the sun shelf differently, the most expensive was a 10k upgrade, middle 3k, and the cheapest 1.5k. Can anyone in the region comment on the quotes? Are there any specific upgrades (not aesthetic, type of slimmer, plumbing etc.) you would ask for?
