Prologic Auto Valve Actuator Question

Can someone please help me out with the right way to configure the prologic?
My main equipment:
1 Pool Filter/Pump (Inground Cleaning System Caretaker99 that cycles and with one cycle returns to spa for overflow to pool)
1 Spa Filter/Pump - On AUX1 (This is supposed to be just for the spa but because of valve issue sometimes drains SPA to pool, and is what this thread is about)
1 StaRite 400k BTU Heater - This is a shared heater. (Never really use for the pool but is an option the way its plumbed)

My main issue is with this one valve that directs flow either to the Spa or to the Pool. It's a hayward actuator valve that is plugged into Valve4.

I want this valve (valve4) to turn ONLY when the Spa Filter/Pump is on, then when Spa Filter Pump is Off the valve needs to turn back to the original position.

Is this possible? Can someone please walk me through how to properly program it?
If its not possible using this actuator valve, then how?

I also have valve3 used with another actuator Valve. But this valve is set on a timer for changing suction to/from pool skimmer or pool bottom.
This one is set on a timer and has not been an issue at all.

I really wish i could add more actuator valves but this prologic board is VERY LIMITED.
It's a GLX-PCB-PRO (Pro-Logic System Board REV 4.47)
AQL-PS-8 Display (RF base software r3.00)

You can only do what the Proligic Configuration allows.

Do you have your ProLogic Installation Manual? I am not sure if this is for your version...

Are you configured for Pool Only or Pool and Spa?

Pool/Spa return actuator should be connected to Valve1

Pool/Spa Suction actuator should be connected to Valve 2

They turn when you select SPA mode.

You cannot assign the valves to other AUX's,

After you select SPA mode you can then turn on your spa pump on AUX1.

Thanks. So the version of my ProLogic Board cant do what i need. I was kinda thinking the same but hoping i was just missing something.

The documentation about the suction valves does not really apply to me. The pool and spa have separate pumps/filters. Separate plumbing. Although there is an overflow from Spa to Pool.
The suction valve for the pool is on a timer and changes from the floor (deep end) suction and the pool skimmer suction.

When the spa filter/pump is running the spa floor and spa skimmer both have suction all the time. No valve for that.

What i do sometimes is leave "valve4" to the Spa return position and run the pool filter. In this scenario It's just a constant overflow from the Spa to Pool.

If "valve4" is in the pool position and by accident the Spa pump/filter starts - it will suck the Spa dry and dump it all in the pool.

Normally "valve4" is in the pool position and the pool filter/pump runs. Like this because of the caetaker99 the return gets cycled between 8 different plumbing returns or "zones".
One zone goes to a waterfall feature, another zone goes to the Spa. All other zones return to the Jandy in floor pop-up cleaning heads.
Each zone changes at a set interval. I have it set for 45 seconds.

I am going to just disconnect the valve from the board. "Valve4" is useless for me now.
And i am going to wire in a current sensing switch that will turn the valve on when the spa pump is on, and off when its not.
I suppose this is the only way i can automate it with my current system.
If anyone else has any better ideas please do share.
Here is a schematic. If anyone notices anything wrong please do let me know.

Maybe in the future i will upgrade my controller board. But if i can get this to work like i think, not worth changing it yet.
Its either upgrade the Pool Pump or get a new more modern controller. I would much rather upgrade the old pump i have.
