Pool math app problems

I was curious to see if any of the members had any issues relating to the app not functioning recently. Today is I'm on my route I'm trying to plug in info for my customers and it will not allow me to stating that I need to upgrade to a premium membership. The only issue with this is that I'm already a paid premium member and can't figure out how to work around this. I have emailed the admins but I was curious to see if anyone else had had this issue. [email protected] should get you squared away. There is likely a subscription problem, or your subscription lapsed...they will get you squared.

It hiccups at times like anything else. Often the standard issue level 1 troubleshooting fixes it.

Sign out/ Sign back in
Restore credentials/ subscription
Uninstall / reinstall / restore credentials

If those don't work then the developers are happy to help.

Thanks for the responses Poolstored and Newdude. App is back on track, oddly enough, my subscription was 1 day from auto-renewing. Every time I attempted to renew or resubscribe, as the options that were given, it errored on me. Fast forward 24 hours, everything is fine again. I did try uninstalling and signing out/in with no success.
It apparently just glitched at the final subscription day.
