Hi all, the CH is at 220. Trouble free suggest maintaining 250+. The chlorox bag advises 175-225. What should I do? Thanks

What is the CH of your fill water?
220 is close enough to be ok.
If you have very low fill water you might want to raise CH a bit.
If your fill water CH is 200+ then you can be ok.

Are you referring to the water that goes into the pool? I’m not sure. How do I test that? Just pour some water from hose bib into a cup and test?

Really, it is another chemical or chemicals being added to your pool.
