Well we met and he was polite and defensive initially but heard me out and looked it over. He seems confident his concrete team can pull out this side by cutting at the corner control joints, reset the problem wall, and repour this side and they'll make sure its right. He said the gray color tends to be the easiest to match so he seems to think it should look normal after a week or two of curing and the color evening out. I'm cautiously optimistic but very grateful he seems to see things as I do and is choosing to at least try and do the right thing. He said they're going to try and do the tear-out tomorrow so we'll see what happens.
