New Fiberlgass install. Pool is bowed in and poured coping is warped. I hate it.

Well we met and he was polite and defensive initially but heard me out and looked it over. He seems confident his concrete team can pull out this side by cutting at the corner control joints, reset the problem wall, and repour this side and they'll make sure its right. He said the gray color tends to be the easiest to match so he seems to think it should look normal after a week or two of curing and the color evening out. I'm cautiously optimistic but very grateful he seems to see things as I do and is choosing to at least try and do the right thing. He said they're going to try and do the tear-out tomorrow so we'll see what happens.

No more funds until that repair is complete and in line with the manufacturers installation requirements as you don't want to lose your warranty. That's a seriously rookie mistake for an established pool builder. Looks like haste makes waste to me. Hold him to the repair and don't cave if you are not satisfied with the repair.

Here's some photos the PB sent from the day of the pour. The water level was down because they were fixing a light housing they had cracked while backfilling. Maybe having the water level down to this point caused the sag in the walls to start once the concrete was poured. I'm now even more ****** that he didn't notice, or thought he could pass it off as quality. You can clearly see the warp already before they even cut the control joints. This should have been shoveled out while wet and redone immediately. Uggggh.

My builder used wood beams about 15ft apart bracing that same section that bowed on you. We filled with 6k gallon water trucks. Took about 6 hours for two trucks. The beams stayed in place for two weeks after as things settled.IMG_5885.jpeg
