How do I get these jets out? They're really stubborn (possibly up to 20 years old) and don't move. I already broke a tab off of one trying to use a wrench.

Oh I have these same ones. One of mine actually twisted itself out somehow (not sure how it got loose or if it was never really that tight). Anyhow, the two tabs you see- that is what I turned counterclockwise (to the left) and then the tab ring and the eye ball inside came out so I was able to replace them. Not sure if that’s what you were asking about.

Usually come with a removal tool...

That's what I have now :) The old ones were... old. Probably 20 years.
I wound up grabbing the jet with a pair of channel locks and yanking it out. On most of them, that also broke the inner threaded piece so I could pull out without breaking it up with a screwdriver. Cleaned the threads and installed the new jets. really pretty easy once I'd done it once!
