I have a Bison Pull Tight gear motor that runs my auto over. There is power to the pump and it turns on and turns the torque wheel however, the torque wheel is not engaging the auto cover roll. There is no clicking sound.. I am trying to figure out if there is an easy fix to this, clutch adjustment (or if it has a clutch?) or other option. I am supposed to have a pool party tonight! It is stuck in nearly closed position. Help!

We have the exact same problem, did you ever figure this out? How did you fix? Thanks!
I disconnected the motor, took off the torque wheel and the driveshaft that goes into the auto cover rope wheel appears to have some sort of pin that broke. I’m not sure if the pin was housing a gear or not. I’m waiting to hear back from our PB.
