Hi!

Hoping someone could help me out on how to troubleshoot. These are the readings from my pool (also the check salt and inspect cell lights are on)

30.8

R1.11
Hot
Unit is AQTROL-RJLS-CUL, serial 1A20056-105343.

We have a T-Cell5-U which I just cleaned. The salt level of our pool is roughly 3400ppm, I just put 2 bags in yesterday, turned the cell off, let the salt circulate for 24hrs and turned the cell back on (no change in readings). We just moved in, so have no idea how these were maintained in the past and how old they are. (but within the last 5 years for sure)

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum! The numbers seem concerning. I see what appears to be the voltage at 30.8 which is fine, but then the amps and salinity seem to be zero. While in a generation cycle, some items with a display and others that are null that can be an indication of the cell going bad. You say it's within 5 years, but perhaps you could post some pics of the unit and any labels? Might help others diagnose as well.

There was also a Hayward cell left at the house (which has a crack down the side), which leads me to believe this CAS cell is newer than 5 years - as if they got this one to replace the old one.
I have also tried holding the diagnostic button to reset, but as far as I can tell, it doesn’t do anything / nothing changes

Here is a thread where someone encountered something similar to you with the readings. Perhaps give it a read to see if you've done some of the same troubleshooting.
