Pentair 522036 Intellicenter Wireless Remote With Transceiver issue / question

Hi,

I bought The Pentair 522036 Wireless remote with my I8PS setup. I have been unable to get it working at all. My transceiver board seems to have a 'host' or 'repeater' option & when i look at the photos of the boards online - i dont see this option.

The instructions mention nothing of the toggle switch - i have tried both switches and my I8PS intellicenter doesnt have the option of pair wireless device which the hand held wireless control does have.

The firmware is the same on both units. I am at a bit of a loss - did the wrong board go out with my wireless remote?

Pentair often updates products and does not update the marketing photos.

The wireless remote comes with an antenna that connects to a RS-485 comm connector in the IntelliCenter and a base station.

Have you called Pentair Support?
