This timer does not respond when I select the switch on or off also rotating the timer clock does not seem to have any effect on when the timer turns on or turns off the pump runs for roughly 2 hours every morning, so I’m going to go ahead and replace the timer at this point. What’s a decent timer everyone’s running or should I just replace it with this old faithful? Should I switch to a digital with Wi-Fi?

Nothing wrong with old faithful if you decide to replace it.
The SURAIELEC Wifi timer is good for up to a 2 hp motor on 240 volts. I've used one since 2018...first on a 2 hp Pentair Whisperflo single-speed. I now use it on a spa blower. I've seen it pop up on TFP a few times so you might search for more info. When I bought this switch, it was sold under the Woods Wion brand name.
