Pump not priming and motor making noise

Motor is approx. 5 years old... It is still running it appears... But listen to this noise. See YouTube link.
I know very little about electric motors... Please tell me what you think is going on.
I have heard it make noise similar to this before, but when the pump would prime and start it the sound would not be as loud. Would get quite after pump primed.
Has been off for the winter. Just trying to start back up.

Clip is quite short, but it sounds like the bearing may be shot. Perhaps the shaft seal is squealing. Any signs of leaks?

Sounds like bad bearings and maybe a voltage issue.

Maybe a broken off impeller.

Thanks... It finally primed and pump is working.
Yes, I do have a leak.
I will replace shaft seal.

Do not be surprised when that motor gets very loud. You can see the corrosion at the front of the motor. The seal has leaked for quite a while, the front bearings are damaged, and they won't get better as the grease has been washed out. If you have a motor shop in your area, get new bearings while doing the seal.
