Glass tile haze - best way to remove without hurting grout?

Hi

I've developed this white haze around the tile. I haven't tested with muriatic acid to see if it's calcium but I assume it is?

I can go over it with dilute MA but I am concerned that it will remove the grout.

Would love to hear any tips or recommendations!

You can try SR3 Pool & Spa Scale Remover and Tile Cleaner...
