My Hayward Aquavac 650 is flashing the blue light on the display

Have an Aquavac 650 that has kept our pool sparkling in between brush downs and when I plugged it in for the first time this year, it won't work. Just stays flashing the blue light on the power supply.

I went through the troubleshooting manual and tried the full factory reset, checking the connector pins which showed no corrosion, and this is leading me to an issue with the power supply or the cable has gone bad.

I've been using it now for about 3 years.

Any suggestions on how to do a deeper troubleshoot to see if I can fix this myself?

My cleaner just happened to do this yesterday. I haven’t been able to find much in the way of troubleshooting. I did a reset and managed to get it back to green for about a minute before it started flashing red, then blue after unplugging it and trying again.

For what it’s worth, the light on the cleaner itself lights up white as soon as I plug it into the power supply, but I can’t get it to connect (green) or show up in the app (Cleaner firmware version is blank). Hopefully someone else has dealt with this too and can comment.
