New liner, leaving 5 inches of standing water for a few days

We just had our liner replaced in our above ground pool and it has about 5"of water in it. The installer said that can only fill it during the warmer hours to help with stretching, etc. Here is my question...I won't be home for another 2 days and will have to leave about 5" of water standing in the pool until I am home. Would you suggest that I just let the water stand untreated or would you pour a little bit of bleach in it to keep the algae at bay? I live in the South and the high will be 73 degrees (lows in the 40s) during the 2 days that I will be away. It will get up to 77 degrees on the day that I can get back to refilling. Pollen is everywhere and I know there will be a yellow ring at the water line when I get back. I don't want my new liner to stain or fade, for that matter.
Any suggestions are appreciated!

You don't want to pour too much chlorine in the water and bleach the liner or cause it to wrinkle.

Without knowing the gallons it is hard to say what is a good amount of chlorine.

The pollen and any algae will not stain the liner. I would rather deal with the SLAM Process to clear algae after the pool is fill then risk adding chlorine now.

What are the dimensions of your pool?

24’ and 0.4” deep is 1400 gallons.

6 ounces of 10% liquid chlorine would put in 3.3 ppm which is safe.

If you agree with all the numbers.
