Wiring in black & decker vsp to pro logic with automation adapter

I got their supposedly fixed panel two days ago. Installed it last night and same issue. They want it back ASAP so they can examine it... So no resolution.
Ouch sorry to hear. What have you been doing instead? Today I reset the program speed for speed 2 "medium" to 2500 to match the yellow wire speed ran it for a bit and did not see the issue when yesterday it would not run past 1 or 2 minutes without doing it... not willing to call ot a fix, as I only ran it for 10 minutes or so on relay before kicking back to manual stop start and headed back inside.

Will do more testing soon.

I really don't have a decent fix in the meantime. I'm using the standard panel right now waiting for a fix.

Alright I got my third or fourth automation panel in today and as of right now, it's not restarting every minute. The new issue is that when I press to filter button on my Hayward pool control panel which is supposed to switch to low speed, it turns the pump off. I hear the relay click and if I press the button again, I can get the pump to turn back on but it's not engaging the low speed as requested. I hope this is just a programming issue on my part but at this point, I'm losing faith.

So I went back and forth with poolpartstogo and this was stated:
Me: At high speed the filter pump relay solenoid black peg gets sucked in, no movement on the others, when I switch to low speed the filter pump relay pops out but the aux 2 relay does not move.

Them: If the AUX2 relay isn't sucking in, then there's either a setting/configuration issue with the 2-speed aux assignment in your config of the Hayward controller, or the relay itself may have failed.

I find this odd because the old panels I could switch speeds and now with this new panel that kinda works, my relay/and or solenoid is bad all of a sudden?

Can anyone walk me through how to test it with a multimeter or otherwise? Worst case, I'll just pull one from the others (lights) and swap it out to test it.

Put your multimeter in ohms mode. Observe the screen reading without the probes touching. That is your open indication.

Touch the probes together. That is your closed indication.

Turn off all CBs except for the Omni panel.

Disconnect wires from the LINE and LOAD screws of the relay to be tested.

Touch the probes to LINE1 and LOAD1 screws with the speed off and screen should show open.

Turn speed on and screen should show closed.

Sounds like your AUX2 relay is not moving properly.

Im about to pull my hair out at this point lol. The relay tested bad so I went ahead and ordered a new one. I installed it today and no luck. So I started diving deeper and when I set the Aux2 to filter low speed, theres a click when I engage low speed but the black thing does not pop up and there is 0vdc on the top two lugs of the new relay. I switched aux2 to a manual on/off and when I hit the aux 2 button, the black thing does pop up and I have ~22vdc at the top two lugs. So Im leaning towards a setting issue but on pump config I have it to a two speed pump and in the aux 2 config I have that set to low speed filter. I never would have thought this would be such a nightmare lol.
