Moxie Household Bleach To Chlorinate

I can’t say for sure but as a normal rule you can’t use household bleach. Go to Home Depot, Lowes, tractor supply or Rural King and buy some chlorine that is specifically for pools and hot tubs.

I'm not familiar with that brand, but it appears to be typical 7.5% sodium hypochlorite. As long as there are no crazy fabric polymers or additives (scented, splashless, etc), it should be fine.

Yeah I read both of those posts. Though the same brand, it appears to be different. This is not the outdoor variation.Not Good. I would not use it.

Outdoor bleach is generally a no go. It is great stuff for other uses, since it is normally thick, so it is easy to apply to surfaces - but not so good for hot tubs.
Cheap "regular" bleach on the other hand is usually a safe bet. To get their price point down, they are going to stay away from thickeners (splashless) or fabric guard (polymers). About the worst you will find is they just add extra water, making the bleach weaker.
Read the labels to make sure they don't mention any of these additives.
