Closing an in ground pool

Has anyone had any luck with making a modified cover for a Intelliflow pump? My cover has ridges underneath that I think will prevent the SP1023 from fitting properly, any thoughts would be great before I buy all necessary parts.

This is a really good question. If you don't find another answer, I would use a Dremel and cut out enough ridges in the center for the SP1023, then drill for the SP1023. I don't think there is a reason this will not work. The Cyclone puts out high volume at low pressure. The ridges likely are not needed for this application.
