Hello

I cannot adjust the temperature up or down on my control panel. It simply does not respond and there are no error codes displayed. I have turned the breaker off waited five minutes and re-energized with no difference made.

is this a bad control panel?

any advice would be greatly appreciated

Likely need a new touch pad. How old is the heater?
