Nature2 / Aquapure - RS485 and beeping *video

Greeting, first post here. What do you know, it's a problem with pool equipment!

I have a Jandy RS6 and a Zodiac Nature2/Aquapure system.

All has been fine until today. Today the unit's control panel is beeping once every few seconds and occasionally twice. The unit shows up *sometimes* under the "Status" screen in iAqualink (I just clicked a second ago and the info was there, again and it disappeared). Of note, I don't recall setting the system to 16%, but that's what it was on when I was seeing why it was beeping.
Trying to use the "Set Aquapure" menu results in:

Troubleshooting steps so far:
1. Cut breakers, main and individual. Powered back on.
2. Put unit in service mode. Cycled pump on and off.
3. Cycled pump, changed speeds within iAquaLink.
I have not opened the panel yet. I figure I'd scour the manual and make this post since nothing has been touched in the box and this issue started today. All equipment is covered and does not get wet. Not sure if that matters.

I notice the cell reversing light being on. I feel like I've seen this before with no beeping, etc.

Video of the control panel beeping:

I'd appreciate any advice or next steps for troubleshooting.

Reseat the rs485 cable on both ends. In this State, it still produces chlorine. Cell reversing is normal it does this every 3 hours

Ok, just reseated the cable. One end is plugged into the RS board, the other into a multiplex board on the side. I unplugged each and plugged it back in.

Same behavior. Single beep with a very quick flash of 00%, occasionally it's a double beep with the same.
Same error in iAquaLink.

Thanks very much for your help.

Also I suggest you change where the rs485 cable plugs into. Sometimes this helps. Just move to a different port on the mux and if you can, make sure it's the only thing on it's plug. If possible, move that to the 2nd port on the main board and don't use the mux for the SWG.

Forgive me, I might need some dumbing down but I think I got it.

Looks like of the two rs485 ports on the top left of the main board, both have something plugged in. The one on the left goes to the ("mux" is for that multiplexer):

I guess the one on the right is for the variable speed pump.
So, while I like the idea of plugging it in direct, looks like I can't because I don't have another connector.

When you say to reseat the rs485 cable within the connector, do you mean just unplug the red connector from the board, or un/re tighten the individual conductors? What I did before was unplug the red connector from the pins and make sure it was pushed onto the 4 pins well.

Yep unscrew and clean the leads (sandpaper) and reconnect. Mux=multiplexor
Well, I re-seated each lead. I cleaned the end of each wire with sandpaper and retightened the connector for each lead. I did this on both ends. There was also an open port on the mux and I switched it over to that. Same thing. Beep every few seconds, double been every once and a while, nothing on "status" in aqualink for aquapure, and can't connect to aquapure settings in the web app.

What else should I try?

My pool is new, finished November of last year. Company I went with has really left me hanging on any warranty claims or communication at all, really. So, I'm kinda on my own unless I want to get another firm out and pay out of pocket.

Call Jandy/Fluidra tech support. They are used to pool-owners that get very poor service from their builders so should help to get everything fixed and any warranty issues.
