Zero chlorine and 7.0 Ph

I’m trying to figure out what to do! First the crappy pump that came with this pool isn’t working so I pulled out another crappy one till my new one comes Saturday. I followed the directions on my overkill Taylor K-5005 lot to test Ph and combined and total chlorine. Ph is 7.0 and chlorine is non existent. I followed directions exactly and doesn’t even measure on the scale! First pic is Ph, 2nd is combined chlorine, 3rd is total chlorine. How do I fix this please? I have liquid chlorine and chlorine pool crazy clarifier. I really want to float tomorrow afternoon! Thanks for any help!

Great. I would add 20 ppm TA worth of baking soda.
3 ppm FC worth of liquid chlorine
30 ppm CYA worth of stabilizer.

What products do you have on hand?

Holy Crud - not to be stupid but I don’t know how to measure that. I have liquid chlorine, baking soda and this stuff….I really appreciate your help!

Return the clarifier. Not needed.
Use the Poolmath app for how much to add. I see you are using it on another thread.

8 ounces of baking soda for TA.
8 ounces of 10% liquid chlorine
8 ounces of stabilizer

Ok. Clarifier is from last year so no biggie. I can’t get the free version of pool math to do anything! Sorry - I’m not dumb but this is challenging for my senior brain! I guess I need to get stabilizer?
 
You can get by with your small pool with what you have. You likely got the kit off Amazon, very expensive for test kits.

Mknauss - I cannot thank you enough for all of your help! Thankfully I had exactly 10% chlorine and I added that and the baking soda. Hoping it clears it up - pump will run another 5 hours. Should I pick up some stabilizer next trip - and a different test kit? Yes the darn thing was Amazon but the good news is it ended up not costing me anything. Thank you again! I’m DETERMINED to learn this stuff so one day when I graduate to a bigger pool I’ll be ready! A lifetime ago first hubby and I had an inground in CA - he did all of the work and we loved it! Thank you again!

Your kit is fine. No need to spend any more on one right now.
You need stabilizer. You can get plain stabilizer or Di Chlor. Sometimes called shock. But be sure it is Di Chlor. That is 50% CYA and 50% chlorine. You would use that for chlorine until the CYA gets to 30 ppm.

Ok. I’ll put that on my list…thank you again. Recommendations as to best place to purchase - besides a pool store or Amazon? I got my chlorine at Ollie’s- much cheaper! Oh and I finally got the pool math app to work but when I tried to put in what I did per your recommendations I’m sure I did something wrong because it didn’t like what I put in - lol.
 
Results this morning. Ph 7.2. Free and total chlorine still not on the scale. TA took 9 drops to get red - last night took 5. What should I do? Last night I added 8 oz baking soda and 8 oz 10% chlorine. I really want to float today! Please help!
 
Without CYA in the water, the chlorine will last only an hour or so with the sun on the pool. So add more chlorine and add the CYA.

You will have to add the chlorine every day. Every day.
