I’ve seen all the soft-shell pools (Splash, Kona, Intex, etc) and they aren’t a good fit for me for assorted reasons, so I need other options. I have a chronic medical condition that causes my body and muscles a lot of pain, and light swimming and water movement is the only thing that gives enough relief. It’s not life-threatening, but the pain has a giant impact on my quality of life and ability to function. So I really need a suitable pool, and greatly appreciate any input and information.
I have about 13' of space for the pool base because of setbacks and a retaining wall. So I want to do between 12 x 42 and 10 x 50. The listed sizes at those widths almost always max out at 30'. Does anyone know if any above ground companies (that are not soft-shell) allow custom lengths and widths? I don’t need stairs or other things that extend out: just a basic oval or rectangle. For example, do you know if these companies do custom sizes? If one of them doesn't, I can cross it off the list:
