Trying to figure out this Diamond Brite mix... Help please!

Hi all,
We recently moved into a new home that has an old gunite pool that we are about to restore. Below is the color we want to achieve, however, I have a hard time believing this is 100% pure french grey, even in full sun. Has anyone done a mix to achieve this color? Even a bit lighter would be ok - we want a light blue/aqua which isn't too far from the original plaster we have now.
