Ready to Close the pool

This is a 21' above ground pool.
These are my readings:
the comparator test= both sides are on the high side, maybe just above the max, hard to tell exactly
FC=3ppm
CC=0ppm
CH=100
TA=90
CYA=30ppm
salt=3200-3400ppm
I'm using the TF-Pro test kit and believe I'm doing the test accurately.
1) Now where do I go from here?
2) Do I need to bring up the CC? Can't find anything definatively on this matter.
3) Are the rest of the readings okay for closure?
4) What do I add before covering? IE. shock, algicide, etc.
Thank you for any help, Ward
