Power went out to house, now there is no power to pump

Power to the entire neighborhood went out for 2 hours. As expected the pump shut off.

However after the power came back on, there is still no power to the pump. The pentair panel on the wall has power but the pump itself does not.

I checked the circuit breakers inside the house and reset all of them -- power to the pump still out

Can you switch the pump wiring to a known CB that is currently “live”. You need to determine if it is a pump issue or a CB or relay issue it is connected to presently.

20,

The pump should get constant 240 Volt AC power. If you have no circuit breakers in your EasyTouch, then the problem has to be an open or bad circuit breaker or bad pump.

The very first thing to do is to test the AC input to the pump and see if it is there, or if it is missing.

Use a voltmeter and test between the two input wires to the pump (L1 and L2). Do not test L1 to ground then L2 to ground as this can give you a false reading.

Let us know what you find.

Thanks,

Jim R.
