Yeah I would make sure you have the proper electrical connections to the unit as shown in the first picture. That should at least power up, even if the SWG is off and not producing. It's likely on the same relay/power as your main filter pump, so when the main filter pump is powered, the SWG should be too (again, even if it's NOT producing at that time).
Your SWG settings, for production, can be found in the iAquaLink app itself (if you use that), under the WEB portion of the app, then MENU, then SET AQUAPURE. And the current settings can be viewed from the STATUS page in the WEB part of the app (the app consists the main app and a sub-app cause the WEB portion, just to clarify). (but before you can adjust any of this you gotta get that control board for the SWG powered properly, check wiring, check ground, etc.)
I know that mine will lose power occasionally, if the circuit breaker for the main filter pump trips. But, like you said, resetting the circuit breaker, has always brought back the SWG online with power.
