Hey there, pool noobie here! I have a message in with our pool company but just curious what this issue could be. Our equipment was installed just last month however the Jandy AquaPure over iAquaLink no longer seems to be powering on the panel and is giving the error message per attached photo. Any ideas what this could be? Do I have things scheduled incorrectly?

You have no power to the AquaPure module and you may not have an RS 485 connection. You say it was installed a month ago, so has it been working and just stopped? The wiring and power needs to be checked.
Hi there, yes it was installed about a month ago and everything was actually just started up brand new for the first time three weeks ago. The system was working and then all of a sudden stopped. I turned on and off the main breaker and that worked once but has not worked since. Very strange!
It appears it is related to the overall electrical power. You need to have the PB or a qualified electrician look at the power sources to and in the AquaLink. For clairification, is the AquaPure SWCG the only item not working? You must have power to the overall AquaLink box per the photos Of the error message and that you can see a pump schedule. So it may be just related to the power from the AquaPure to the filter pump relay. Maybe a wire came loose. do you know how to look for that or do you need a PB to review?
Yeah I would make sure you have the proper electrical connections to the unit as shown in the first picture. That should at least power up, even if the SWG is off and not producing. It's likely on the same relay/power as your main filter pump, so when the main filter pump is powered, the SWG should be too (again, even if it's NOT producing at that time).
Your SWG settings, for production, can be found in the iAquaLink app itself (if you use that), under the WEB portion of the app, then MENU, then SET AQUAPURE. And the current settings can be viewed from the STATUS page in the WEB part of the app (the app consists the main app and a sub-app cause the WEB portion, just to clarify). (but before you can adjust any of this you gotta get that control board for the SWG powered properly, check wiring, check ground, etc.)
I know that mine will lose power occasionally, if the circuit breaker for the main filter pump trips. But, like you said, resetting the circuit breaker, has always brought back the SWG online with power.
