Newbie - White Mold + So many questions

It is an IC20. Will update now!
Do you use PoolMath app?
Just so you have some perspective. Using 13000 gals, the IC 20, 24 hr run time and at 100%, The maximum output is 6.5ppm of FC. The assumes full efficiency from your SWCG. So depending on your daily losses you may need to tweak your output percentage.

You shouldn’t have the UV loss that we have in the southern states but important to raise your FC with liquid chlorine and then adjust your SWCG to maintain the desired level.

This mornings results-
FC still 1
CC 0.5

How did that 1.8L of chlorine not raise my FC at all? And now what :(

I suspect it is time to follow the SLAM Process. You can add another 5 ppm worth of FC and tonight do an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test, making sure you have at least 5 ppm FC in water at this evening test. Or just start SLAM right now.
In that case should I recheck my CYA now? Herman was saying to wait 48 hours so I can get an accurate number but don't I need an accurate CYA to find my SLAM target?

Ah yes, you have low CYA too. That still may be an issue. How long since it was fully dissolved?

Too soon to test.
Up to you. If you are confident that the water is crystal clear, then just add another 5 ppm FC worth of liquid chlorine and check CYA and FC tomorrow morning. This could be due to low CYA.

Did I make an error? Yesterday I added FC to a target of 5 on pool math. Was I supposed to do it differently? I attached a pic of my pool math calculator

That is correct. Something consumed the chlorine you added plus what the SWCG added. Could be the sun due to low CYA, but that is a stretch. I suspect you have algae or other organics, but you say the pool water is crystal clear.

Totally clear. Pic attached. Ok I'll add another 1.8L of chlorine, and test again in the evening?

I would do an OCLT tonight. Just be sure you have 5 ppm FC this evening. Add LC and retest if necessary. Be sure SWCG is OFF overnight.

Okay. I'll do that. How long after adding LC would I get an accurate result? I'm brushing and vacuuming again today like I did yesterday as well.
