No Free Chlorine!

We have a 40 x 16 fiberglass pool.

So we changed our salt cell in July 2022 as it was not producing chlorine. We cleaned our filters. We reset the system.

We then changed the water flow sensor since it was defective and set to super chlorinate for more than 24 hours and today still at zero free chlorine.

Pool water remains clear for 2 weeks now....any thoughts?

A pool doesn't normally remain crystal clear & algae free for 2 weeks without some sanitation unless the water is extremely cold. Your test results above are from the pool store which won't be very productive here. If the cell diagnosis is correct and you see bubbles at the return jets when it is generating chlorine, then it should be working to some degree. You should probably start by doing an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test using a proper test kit to ensure organics are not eating all the chlorine. You probably know that TFP recommends a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C test kit. In the meantime, add liquid chlorine to increase the FC right away before you end-up with a swamp. You'll want clean & clear water before closing. I'll also note that your CYA result, "IF" accurate, is much too high and you'll never be able to keep the FC high enough to match it as noted on the FC/CYA Levels.
